My husband and I lived there for 9 months while I finished school. It sounded like a great apartment and seemed like a reasonable rate for what we were getting. Boy were we fooled. When we moved it the place was cruddy. They had forgotten to clean it. The bathroom was filthy and the bedroom had live cockroaches in it. By the time they offered to clean it, I had already done it because we wanted to get moved in! We were coming from PA to FL!We were thankful for a place to live and the location was good, but there's questionable ways they run their business.We still haven't received our security deposit refund and we moved out a YEAR AGO! We received a letter notifying us we'd receive it and we never did. I've called multiple times and each time they said they'd get back to me - I have yet to actually hear back from them.Overall it was decent service and a quiet complex, but I would definitely check them out further and visit before signing anything!!
