Love this school! They have awesome experience teachers who teach kids with Gold Seal Quality Care Program. I am impress with school programs.

We have had the MOST Horrible experience at this school. The communication between the teachers and parents are horrible. We were told on Monday that our son's behavior has been "progressively getting worse" over the last few days. Really? We never got that report previously. No parent wants to be told that your kid has behaivoral problems however if it is a reality than let's work on it and move foward. So as of Monday, my husband and I put our heads together to try to work with him to improve his behaviors. Parents need a school that will work with them and communicate with them. Many 3 year olds have behavioral problems. Are my son's problems typical or are they extreme? I still don't know because of the lack of communication. To make a long story short, we found out about the behaivoral problems on Monday and he was kicked out by Thursday. He was placed in the 2 year old class initially b/c he wasn't potty trained. After he was trained he was immediately placed in the 3 year old class (no transition). I've never seen his 2 teachers in the room together but frequently see other teachers or assistants. This is not the inconsistency that a child needs. Does my kid have behavioral problems? Yes he does. We are not in denial. But how can we address them when we are not informed until Kid Town USA no longer wants to deal with them. If your child is perfect than by all means, you will love this place. If your child has behavioral problems, keep looking. You will get no help here. During his time there we only rec'd 2 incident reports however on his last day we were told he was hitting other kids. We don't want him hurting others and if he hit your child I am deeply sorry. We did not receive any incident reports about kids getting hit and hurt in the end. If we didn't receive reports I am sure the other parents didn't either. Needless to say, our experience was bad. We are now seeking a school that has better communcation & teachers that are PRESENT in the class, as well as teachers that care. Hope your experience is better than ours.

Kid Town has been great to my son and family. They have the structure and schedule that he needs. He has learned so much there. I am very thankful to have found them.
