I came to Regions for a Construction Loan. They strung me along for 5 months, saying they could do a lot and construction loan. Then changed their mind. It was actually a mistake, but no one would admit they did anything wrong, or apologize. They wasted my time and duped me.
Sue Finsterer was nice, and I even had to talk to her Manage Ron Rawson, but they never could admit they messed up bigtime. I have perfect credit score it was a large loan - so clearly even wealthy clients don't mean anything to them. I'd hate to see how they treat people with lesser qualifications.
