Buy one $120 tire and get one free ... yet the bill comes out to nearly $400

this is no deal ... get your tires at Sears or Costco ... hell even Firestone is more honest.

I have been using Tire Kingdom on Tuscawilla for years. They have always given me top notch service and great deals...until Stephanie came along. The "Stephanie" does not seem to comprehend the concept of Customer Satisfaction. In the past, if I forgot a coupon and said I would bring it back when I picked up my vehicle, the team would move forward wth the work and then accept my coupon when I returned to pick up my vehicle...not so with Stephanie. She said I had to present the coupon before the work was started or I would have to pay the regular price. Needless to say, I left without having the work done.

When I called regarding the $9.95 Oil Change special...she said it wouldnt apply to my vehicle, but when I called the other Tire Kingdoms in the area. they ALL said that my vehicle most certainly would be eligible for the coupon deal.

This Stephanie has just cost Tire Kingdom Winter Springs my business.

Do not shop at this location. I had been a customer there for years despite my wife feeling that they always oversold the need for tire replacement. I have five vehicles and have spent many thousands of dollars there. I always purchased the road hazard warranties. When I made my first claim for a tire which had blown out, they rejected the claim because I did not bring the tire back to them from my vacation which I was on when the tire blew out. I suggest that you take your business elsewhere as I will do today and in the future. I could not even get the manager to return my calls or be in the store when I would be there to discuss the situation. Very poor customer service. Stay away!
