The first time I was there I bought the part for my car and it wasn't even put on went there 3 times! Problem Never Solved! If I Could rate a 0 I would!! Still having the same issue! Going legal this time!!!!! And find another Dealership!!!!

If it was possible to rate with 0 stars I would!!! I bought a 2017 Chevy Cruze in March of 2017. I’ve only had it a year and it’s had 2 engine problems and a stereo problem. First engine problems was when the car was around 17,000 miles. I just got my car out of the shop for the second engine prob. It is at 37,000 miles. Team said they would call GM and see if I could get money on a trade in but I never heard anything about it. Now they are refusing to give me a trade in or put a new engine in my 2017 car. They said they fixed the engine but we’ll see.....

What A Rip Off got My Car towed there because it wasn't starting in I had a brand new battery that I just bought!! The Guy calls in tells me (Ray) said that My Starter needs replaced in that it was gonna be 800.00 so I said forget that n got towed back home, opened the hood in immediately say there was a dirty old battery in the cover that went over battery was missing so I called n told the Lady that someone swapped Batteries n She kept saying Knowone took it in asked what kind is the battery in car I said AutoZone she said we don't even deal with them so she kept repeating herself so I told her I wanted to talk to The head boss she said he will call me so Ray called n said that the guy who was working called off in he was the one working on it n he swapped Batteries because it wasn't holding a charge so he didn't put back in bull crap it was a brand new battery!!! Then I check on car underneath where starter is in they unhooked the sensors in the main piece that plugged in to Starter was unhooked!!! Beyond mad!!!! Also Ray was supposed to be the one working on My Cadillac??? Never Ever Take It To This Dealer!!!!

FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO GO!!!

Fiance took his vehicle in to get serviced. When he picked it up, his work and personal items had clearly been rifled through. We are missing personal and work electronics, in addition to an entire duffel bag. When management was confronted, they explained they were not at fault for any missing items. A police report was filed and we will never go here again.
