Two stars because the staff are pleasant. Its likely that simple shipping needs can be handled efficiently. However, my items were large and needed to be shipped via freight. They have 2 locations and only the Damariscotta location seems to do this. From drop off to shipping it has been over two weeks. When Damariscotta has the items, Bath doesn't know what the charge is and will write down your credit card # and tell you someone will call when it is charged. They don't and you have to keep calling to get the information. Bath takes phone numbers and names and relays to the owner who calls you back when they get around to it and if they copied your # correctly. Plan to wait for their convenience. If you leave your phone #, do not expect a return call. Call THEM.



CUSTOMER SERVICE IS POOR IF YOU SHIP ANYTHING THAT IS NOT ORDINARY!!!



I WILL NOT BE USING THEIR SERVICES AGAIN.
