Worst experience ever in an Applebee's ..i usually go to Applebee's weekly..first time to this one.. but I won't be back here again.. save your money, go somewhere else!!!

cold food poor server two different occasions same results poor all the way around steak was tuff. ribs were cold. go to mc donalds better food and service

This was the worst experience weve EVER had at applebees. I love their food, but the service at this place is less than good. We had a guy that could barely speak english as our waiter. We ordered salads before our meals, waited 30 min for them, then had to ask a different waiter, to get our waiter and see about our salads. Then our salads came, and our meals just 2 min later (HUGEST pet peeve of mine!!) I asked for no onions, and my meal came LOADED with onions. And my husbands was the complete wrong meal. So they took both back, and we continued to eat our salads. Ate them, sat there another 20 min. Then my meal came without onions and he said justins would be right out. Waited another 10 min and by that time my meal was cold because I didnt want to eat without my husband. The manager offered free dessert or drink, but neither one of us wanted either one of those so we just asked for a discount. The bill finally came 15 min after we finished eating, with both my husbands meal he ordered and the first one that came. So he took that off, and came back with just a $2 discount!!! That was the FIRST time iver ever left a waiter a $1 tip. LOVE applebees food, but we never have real good service at this place, and this was the worst weve ever had there. Good thing we werent in a hurry! Get it together people!!!! and hire people that can SPEAK english!!!!

i went to applebee's in wisconsin dells today 5-29-11, and it was horrible!!!! i drove an hour to eat there. the waiter was horrible he never gave us silverware to eat our hot food with and when i did tell him we needed silverware he brought it 5 minutes later and our food was COLD!!! Plus the silverware i had was dirty with a huge glob of crusty food on it. i had to use my fiance's fork in order to eat. the watier only came to see how the food was once, then when we wanted a refill of our soda it took him another 5 minutes to get it. I am very displeased with the service there, It makes us never want to eat at applebee's again. i was sooooooooo angry.

I had lunch here a few weeks ago, the shrimp/spinach salad, the food was wonderful and the waitress was friendly and fast.
