We just checked in this afternoon and I've gotta tell ya so NOT impressed I have been in customer service, Food and beverage-hotel services for 30 years. I did read reviews before we came that were not favorable and just thought from experience, picky people and the only people who usually post reviews are mad about something they couldn't get for free because they found one thing out of place, well we have been here for about 5 hours and the lack of customer service is despicable I have had better customer service at a truck stop in the hills of Tennessee!! I am SO irritated an unhappy so far with our experience if I could get my money back for the 3 nights I booked I would gladly pack all 6 of us back up an drive back 6 hours home. This experience so far has been the worst vacation with my family I've ever had

The condos are very nice BUT, they only come in and clean your room when your stay is done, no new bed linens, no vacuumed carpet, and no toilet paper refills, unless you ask. Water park water is alittle cold and air temp in water park is chilly. Towels to dry off of in water park are small, hand towel, the market fresh buffet is the best but expensive. Restaurants in town don't deliver to the resort because it is too far away from town.

i like this resort as it's alittle out of the way. everything is first class. there are so many things to do you don't have to leave. you can also get any kind of food you wish.

The hotel was horrible. I definitly would not recommend staying here and do not plan on returning to this hotel. Our non-smoking room smelled like stale smoke and mold, the lights did not work and to operate the phone we had to hold the phone jack into the back. We wanted to get a new room as soon as we got there and the management was not helpful and just said there were no rooms available. All that they did was send the house keepers up who sprayed the room with Frebreeze and changed the light bulbs. Later on that night, we noticed the refirgerator was leaking water all over the floor and barely worked.

We should have just left then, however we decided to stay. The following day a hotel employee walked into our hotel room without even knocking and as soon as he saw us sitting in there he took off down the hall. Once again, we reported this to the management and they seemed to do nothing.

I would highly recommend staying somewhere else.
