Motel from hell experiance!!! Day one hotel sold out no vacancies. Went to room,unloaded car filled fridge and turned on ac. Came back hours later...ac off fridge not cold...food wasted. Called desk, maintenance came out brought new fridge and switched out ac. Sludge all over toothbrush, hairbrush bathroom items books etc. Day 2 woke up to floor and desk soaking wet...ruined. Called front desk, maintenance tried 2xs to adjust ac unit nothing worked. Finally vacancies to request move. Room 102. Day 3 room 105 ac not working switched out ac day 4 still not working moved yet again to 104. Day 5 morning 6 ac did not work in that room, toilet paper holder butted up against toilet where you could not set on stool. Rooms not updated in last 10 yrs as advertised...1 bathroom blue,1 green and 1 yellow...70's style. Beer bottles drank in pool area however sign says prohibited staff did not inforce. Would not credit us for items lost in the ac flood. poor rooms, services, accomidations and buisness practices will never do buisness with again!!!

we stayed at the mayflower because the price was much more reasonable then many big waterpark hotels. the room was older but worth the money and still had all the activities you'd want. pools galour.
