We checked in around 4, our room was ready. It wasn't the room we requested, but it wasn't a big deal so we made it work.(it was old food left under the kids bed) The Waterpark was great, the food is average. They only had 2 elevators, thank God we are able to do the steps. On Saturday morning, my husband went to grab something out the car. We were robbed, yes someone broke into our "locked"car. We had left a few things behind and under our seat (assuming it'll be okay) we were wrong. After talking the the hotel staff, they told us to call the police. The officer came, took down our information and said it's unfortunate that this happened, the hotel doesn't have surveillance and they're not liable. We talked to the manager at 11:47 she said if you can get out by 12 we can refund some of your money. Be lucky because we typically don't do that and we are not responsible for your belongings. Don't stay there, pay the extra dollars and stay else where, I'm still waiting for the Gm to respond.
