Moved from the Dell's to Las Vegas and Pampered Paws is one of the places I miss the most and my Huskie wants to know when we are going back to Jeannie. Going to visit in June and will stop to say hi.

Place was nice and people were nice But I had my dog there for 2 days and I picked her up and she was not acting right A week later I took her to pet smart for her bath and she was loaded with fleas I now she did not have them when she went in kennels so be ware of fleas when you board your dog or cat

We used Pampered Paws once and had no issues; our dog did smell a little when we picked him up but we kind of expected that...he loves to play! When we reserved a second time....we were stuck in horrible traffic but were going to be late only by 10 minutes. In fact, we exited the highway at 5:55pm. The girl at the desk was unwilling to wait for us because she had plans that night. So now we were stuck with our dog, 2 1/2 hrs. from home, in 20 deg. weather, until their late dropoff time at 9pm. Meanwhile, we were missing out on our family, who had all arrived at the Wilderness Resort. We started driving around and saw a sign for "Pet Retreat" and thought it was a dog park...so we drove by to check it out. Turns out it was another pet-boarding facility. The owner let us in and let our dog stay there for the weekend (we had the paperwork with us). They even let us GO where our dog would be staying in the back to help settle him in, which made us feel so much more comfortable. When we picked him up, he didn't smell either! Sorry Pampered Paws, but we will no longer be using nor recommending your facility.

The people are great and this is a friendly, warm, clean and safe place for your pet to be.

Our dogs stayed one night at this pet resort. The person at the front desk was polite and caring. Both of our dogs looked fine when we get them back. Thanks!

Not happy with our 1st (and last stay). Upon arriving, there was a small gray dog in the waiting area who nipped at anyone near him. Picking up our dog 2 days later, he was bleeding (apparently) from his paw and an employee put something on his paw to stem the "bleeding". I should have paid more attention but was more concerned with his paw than anything. We arrived home a few hours later and discovered it was not his paw that was bleeding. It was a small puncture wound on his lower lip, and he had been scratching at it, producing blood. We also had his nails trimmed and they were razor-sharp. Easily the worst nail trim I have ever seen. He spent the next week in a cone and I took him to his normal groomer for a new nail trim and haircut. I will never use Pampered again. They did not respond to my email voicing my concerns over this visit.

I would recommend Pampered Paws to anyone who really cares about their pet or in our case a member of our family..we left Jack for 7 days and he didn't want to come home with us when we picked him up he kept trying to go back in to the kennel area..we watched the dogs playing outside as we drove up and they have the largest play areas of any kennel i have seen..very clean and very attentive nice girls working there..We will be back again in two months. Love this place!!

the lady checking us in was very nice and helpful-however the lady taking my dogs to the back was not very polite- the dogs were scared to begin with-then she comes out from the back like she was very upset-and chokes one of my dogs by dragging him to the back-but I had to leave them there since I had an appointment. When I picked them up the next day, he had broken toe nails-which should not have been since I asked for the nails to beclipped and none were done on either of the dogs- I just thought you should know since I have spent lots of money there in the past and know I don;t know if I can trust this place anymore nor waste any more of mymoneythanks for your time

I would definitely recommend Pampered Paws to anyone who needs a place for their pets to stay. I don't want to use the word "board" because it isn't like a kennel at all. The staff is great. They are very attentive and caring. It's nice to be able to put your mind at ease and not have to worry about them while you are vacationing. It's nice to know they also have an EXCELLENT vet right on site. You and your pet will enjoy your time away.

Emergeny care on a sunday is not a problem. You don't pay an arm and a leg for it either.
