won a free overnight stay on the radio. used the room when visiting hochunk casino. clean room and nice pool. breakfast bar in the am good enough.

We stayed at the Ramada on 3/1/08, and we had an awful night. There was a skiing group with alot of kids. The kids were running up and down the hallway on our floor and upstairs. At 11:00 pm we called the front desk, and reported the problem, we still kept hearing the kids. My mother-in-law heard them in the hallway again got up and told the kids to stop the noise. We called the front desk again at 12:00 am and 20 minutes later we heard the kids again. My husband finally went up stairs and caught them and yelled at them, he saw no chaparones or any adults! Not even the front desk person. Needless to say we didn't get any sleep after a long trip but we also left early.

When we got back home from our vacation. I called the 800 number for Ramada, I was told that I would recieve a call from the manager at that Ramada, but he never called me back! Four weeks later I called the 800 number again and told them I never got the call and they said I would only get half of my room rate back!

I will never spend a night at a Ramada again!
