Very disappointed in large order that was made to this store. Over $200.00 order was not PREPARED nor ready at time of pick up. Waited while meat was being sliced, and watched servers continue to take from the slices of beef for other customers, waiting for their sandwiches. Waited over 15 minutes while my guests waited for the luncheon to begin. Asked to speak to the Manager, and after talking with him, he said he could not do anything for me. Very disgusted with the service as well as, the Manager's attitude.

I just had a french dip sandwich there and it was great. Fast service and wonderful food.
