I don't know what Mary is fed up with, these guys are great, by far the best ATV store around, they have in stock most things needed, very knowledgeable people that will bend over back wards for you, and prices are best around, my guess is she has that problem where ever she goes.

Worst purchase experience I have ever had. Salesmen ignore you when you come in the door, new vehicle was scratched, mistakes made on the paperwork/price, wrong state licence applied for. No offer of a chair to sit in, or coffee or water etc while we waited an hour for them to get a replacement vehicle. We were left to stand around and wonder what the heck they were doing. Also the showroom is very dirty/messy. They certainly dont care about repeat business. I am sorry I didnt give my business to someone who would appreciate it!
