Bought a buick lasabre had a little problem after about 2 weeks with power window on my driver side, they helped me out in a pinch and got it fixed cheap for me been great ever since and that was over a year ago.

Awesome customer service before and AFTER the sale or service performed! The employees there are fun, friendly, and always willing to lend a hand. For years Mike would offer me advice or technical knowledge regarding vehicles even though I didn't buy anything, and I watched Mike and Kyle (detail specialist!) treat customers and strangers (broken down vehicles near the shop) the same way. Got a question about a repair done elsewhere or a problem your not sure about? Chances are Mike will know, or assist in any way he could. Long story short..they treat you like you are a friend. Over the years I got to know Mike, Kyle and Chris very well, who are all close friends to me now. Best part is that I got to join the MFA family now, and I will treat our customers the way the trio showed me the past few years.

Have known mike for few years now! Stand up guy and will always tell you the truth!!! Wether you buy a vehicle from him or not he will do his best to point you in the right direction. Above and beyond that they will stand behind their product to your 100% satisfaction. Hard to find people like that nowadays! Highly recommended when looking for your next used vehicle.
