Provided by YP.comI have been dealing with Angelos for years. They are an incredible business from their staff to their outstanding pricing. They treat you like family. Many onther landscape suppliers have come and gone. It's easy to see why Angelos has been around forever.

Provided by YP.comThe manager was very ignorant and denied any responsibility in selling me a bad batch of grass seed that had expired which I noticed on the bags after the fact. Instead of trying to resolve the situation he only tried to sell me more, lol.

Provided by YP.comNo problem with their customer service, we went in for rocks, boulders, stones. It was easy weighted in, got help in the yard, weighed out and paid. Everyone was great and they had a great selection - we will go back!

Provided by YPmobileThe worst place for customer service. They rip you off with delivery charges. They would suggest to take large amounts . When you return their items they hit you back with another pick up charge & restocking fees . Their material is low quality too. The mulch I ordered had lot of junk in it from tree branches to rocks in it. There is a customer service lady named Laura. She has very poor skills when it comes to talking to the people on the phone. Basically the people working there think Angelo's is in demand. No they are not. They are expensive when it comes to rates. Poor quality items. Pick up the phone & call a different company.

Provided by YP.comI purchased compost to be delivered. The guy who took the order could not answer any questions, but since the company has been around, I decided to order anyway. They scheduled a delivery between 9am - 12pm, so I took 1/2 a day off of work to be there. They did not show up nor did they call. When I called them, they first transferred me to a number that hung up, when I called a second time, they gave me the number to a woman who implied that I was being unreasonable to expect them to deliver on time, afterall they were very busy.

Provided by YPmobileI recently opened a landscaping company and started using Angelo's as one of my suppliers for that area. When I went in for the first time, I explained that I was a new company and not familiar with their procedures on loading and ordering and what they typically had in stock or what needed to be pre-ordered. Then gentleman behind the counter spent about an hour going over everything with me, walked me through the store and yard, have me the Contractors Catalog and made me feel confident about using them as a supplier. I have placed several orders with them for mulch to be delivered both over the phone and in person. The mulch has always been delivered on time and correctly. I also believe that they add just a little extra mulch in as well because I have had to order at other suppliers that were closer to my job sites and I always receive less product than I do at Angelo's. 3 yards goes a lot further when ordered from Angelos for some reason. Anyways, I highly recommend them. I have however only dealt with the Wixom location so far.

Provided by YP.comI purchased 2 yards of mulch, after paying and exiting I met the owner so he said, he was unpleasant and dis respectful. will not go there again. If this how the owner treats his customers he won't be around for long. YOUR NOT THE ONLY GAME IN TOWN HOPE YOU CLOSE SOON.

Provided by YP.comI placed a simple order the other day, for red mulch and black lava rocks to be delivered to my house. When I initially went in, the indifferent employee had no memory retention as I had to repeat the colors at least 3 times. Then when I placed the order, it listed everything correctly on the form. Upon delivery (of which there was no call to let me know when they were coming), they delivered red mulch and red lava rocks. Clear incompetency. Would you really want to use a company that can't tell the difference between red and black? I certainly won't again.

They act like they are doing you a favor by waiting on you...and don't dare get there 5 minutes before closing time...they'll lock you out and say your watch is wrong! Their commodities are too generic to have an attitude...don't bother, spend your dollars elsewhere.

Provided by YP.comI was driving on the Lodge and a rock flew off the flat bed trailor of an Angleo's truck.
This cracked the windsheild vvery badly and the windshield needs to be replaced.
I called the company to complain and have them pay forthe damage and they were unresponsive and refused to pay the damge they caused to my vehicle.
I would not do business with this company.
