My experience parallels most of the other posts. Almost 4 yrs. ago now, Concrete Levelers replaced a large part of my driveway. Several blocks cracked during the 1st year, considerably worse now. Couple blocks sinking. I've been calling the company regularly for repairs. Promises, no one shows up or calls back. I've lost faith this company will stand behind its work. Unfortunately I'm out of $3,075. Might I say they had no problem getting their money. What IF I kept dodging THEM for payment? I cannot afford to pay to get this redone. Other workers & visitors who come here, all want to know did this and express strong criticism. Too bad @ least one star rating is required for a review b/c I don't think it deserves even that. Wouldn't it be great if all of us who got ripped off could do a repost saying Concrete Levelers came through, decided to do the right thing and made their customers whole.

Lesson learned: Read "REVIEWS," get recommendations before hiring a business!

i had work done 3 1/2 years ago. it looked good. after 6 months the slabs sunk again. i have been trying to get them out to look at it for 3 YEARS & i keep getting excuses. there IS a two year warranty.

We had our driveway leveled and a couple of sections replaced and the cracks sealed with caulk. We are very happy with the outcome. The entire job was completed in a timely manner to my satisfaction and the customer service was outstanding!

Had Concrete Levelers even out my driveway where in some areas the gap was 1 1/2 inches. They came out and pumped in their solution and charged $800. After a few months, each place they had drilled their holes to pump their solution in, cracked. When I noticed the small cracks I immediately called Concrete Levelers and they said they don't guarantee against cracks, but they will send someone out to caulk all the cracks. I had six long cracks and caulk would have looked terrible. Their response was that they were sorry. $800 and now I need to replace the driveway.

They drill holes in your concrete and fill with a solution that pushes the lower section of cement up to be even with another. The problem is that they don't pump enough in which creates an air pocket between the holes, then your cement cracks. Be Careful with this place. Very customer friendly before the work, but after the work is done, forget it.
