Provided by YP.comNot BAD...but it depends who the Delivery Person is. For awhile, a No Account kind of guy was just delivering two bags, and no filter, even when I asked for one. He also dropped the filter wrench at the bottom of the salt tank. This last week, however a real Good Guy carried four bags into my basement and put a filter in. He first retrieved the wrench. Even came just one day after someone was sick and could Not come. And nobody get all "Well-five bags cost more than Two!" I will GLADLY pay for as many bags as the tank can hold so the softener does Not run Dry (which it HAS-twice) with only a two bag/three months fill.
Also, their scheduling is a bit rigid. If you miss/or can't be there for a Delivery, they will try to put you off for a whole month. Countrywide says they do the same thing for Half Price. I will check to see if that's True.
