I have been using J&B Medical Veterinary Supplies for years and have found them to be very reliable, competitively priced and helpful. My items came very promptly and the people on the phone are always friendly. I would highly recommend them for your veterinary supplies.

Good luck getting a real person on the phone. Good luck if you leave a message and get a return call. My daughter had some needs and needs pullups. Her Dr ordered thru insurance back in JULY. It's now the last day of September and haven't gotten anything. I've called my insurance who says that put the authorization thru and is about to expire, and that a second authorization is starting tomorrow. Even the case manager at my insurance doesn't know why this co. is refusing to cooperate or communicate. Don't offer to give this co. your insurance's authorization number--they won't take it from you; they'll only take it from the insurance, which they hardly communicate with. This is my only choice because my incidence obviously contracts through them, but I'm sorely tempted to give up and buy pull ups myself.

Turn around and runaway.
