I'm a former college graduate needing to transition from on campus to an apartment and I am so glad I chose the The Village apartment rent is affordable utilities are included maintenance is fast with following up with problems and the leasing office staff are so professional I have no problems with other residents and the surrounding areas has so many job opportunities for me!!

Have been here 2 years, have no complaints other than small rent increase. Maintenance comes very fast when called and I have never paid for a repair. Apartment had all new carpet and cabinets when I moved in, neighbors are great. Very attractive complex in summer, lots of trees. Would highly recommend.

Cheap, ten year old carpet, poor workmanship cabinets, window treatments that break within four months.

Be prepared to have your rent raised without cause after the first year $ 100.00 or more.

Maintenance provides only 12 hour notice of a shut off, such as water is for 18 times in two years. Resident Staff does perform minimal routine of the landscape and property.

Office staff is okay when they are not rude. Few cannot speak or understand english. On

And any repairs made by the Maintenance staff, you the tenant are excessively charged for.

Snow Removal by outside contractors will plow you in, every time. Furthermore, they arrive whenever they want.

Neighbors, most of the other residents are disrespectful and have no other concern than the theft of your possessions if left in your vehicle.

And if you smell your shoes after walking in the grass, yes the other residents almost never pick up their pets feces.

Wixom Police Department are here at least one sometimes twice a day.

If its possible live somewhere else, if you need a cheap place to live, stay with your parents instead of living here.
