months have gone by...without getting into to much, was not happy with a staff member (Jessica)........She acts like a Dr. and she is not ! If you need help and decide to go there be careful with what you say ! My own experienced medical team "ALL" where not happy with her decision making on something important. Her quick rush to judgment with the help of a couple other male staff members caused me more grief then I had when I went there for assistance. True medical people I deal with said Her rush to judgment "dropping a dime" was caused by inexperience, lack of training and incompetency. Her dropping of a dime was quickly pushed aside in my favor. (considered a bad call) I went to Arbour on my own and all I got was grief due to Jessica and a couple other male staff members do to her lack or training and immaturity. Arbour needs to reevaluate there decisions when dealing with issues especially when it involves other people. It took me way longer to get things back to normal !!
