Hospice Care is a nonprofit organization located in Stoneham, Mass. The organization provides hospice and in-home care services for terminally ill patients. Its services include medication monitoring, pain and symptom management, skilled nursing care, palliative care, pastoral care and spiritual counseling, speech, occupational and physical therapies, short-term inpatient support.
