They are pretty good with the dogs but I am sick and tired of being charged hidden fees. I have been going there for years and I am consistently surprised by the bill! Just go somewhere else, that's what I will be doing from now on. I just can't stand their way of doing business anymore. Just tell me how much it costs upfront!

The rates are not posted. We were duped into paying $86 to kennel two dogs for one Saturday night only. They are only open from 4-5 for pick up onSunday....then they bill the customer a "special services" fee for pick up. Why didn't they disclose this special fee when we made the reservation??
