BUYER BEWARE! You will have MORE PROBLEMS WHEN YOU LEAVE, THAN YOU HAD WHEN YOU SHOWED UP! I set appointment 3 weeks in advance for 9:30 am to have the following work done: computer diagnostic, tune up, oil change, ac charge (ac charge not included in the cost given when set up appointment). Was told it would take a few hours and cost $350- 400. Called at 1:00 pm, and they hadn't even started working on it yet! (whats the point of an appointment if they ignore it?!?) When finally received it back at 4:30 pm, they had NOT done the computer diagnostic, or charged the ac, yet the bill was even higher than stated...was $477 though some work had not been done! Driving it home, I realize the engine light is on all the time now (was NOT prior to appt), and for the first time EVER, the truck now CONTINUALLY STALLS WHEN I SLOW DOWN!! Tried to contact manager, yet no one picks up the phone, and there is no voicemail. BUYER BEWARE!!!
