Worked really well until he received final payment. After that, showed a few times and then never came back w/ several loose ends left to fix. Pool package does not include automatic cleaner. Told me multiple times he would provide the cleaner and then backed out via text. Pool build took twice as long as originally quoted. Plaster stained with grout- he built the fountain after the pool was plastered and full of water... Damaged control wiring on sprinkler system. Sprinklers were out 1/2 the summer- ended up fixing myself. Texture sprayed and left on new hot tub and flagstone. Flagstone edges rough and uneven. Plaster not smooth in some areas. Communication issues throughout build. Several texts, but not much face to face conversation.

On the plus side, the contractor and his crew work really hard. They just need to pay more attention to detail and keep the customer better informed on what's happening throughout the build. Overall, nice pool, but several issues along the way with multiple unresolved loose ends.

Over 20 years experience and very knowledgeable. And have the best prices around. And they use the best pool equipment not the cheap stuff that goes out in a few months
