I was instructed to ship my faulty Black and Decker Portable AC Unit to Golden Opportunity for warranty replacement.

I shipped my unit and it was received by Herman “on the dock” on 02/06/23.

I have called every Monday since then and am told each time “to wait one week for email with tracking information”. These emails are never sent and I am still waiting for my replacement as of 05/22/23.

I am BEYOND fed up with this whole situation and have been asking for a refund instead so I can purchase another AC unit. They state the can not send refunds and I just have to wait.

This company sucks and I would not refer my worse enemy to this company.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! DO NOT SEND ITEMS BACK FOR WARRANTY FULFILLMENT.#Bad Service
