I had a one of the repair men come out and work on my washer. He was very polite and very professional. They had to orde rthe part that I needed and had a hard time getting it from Maytag. They kept in touch with me constantly over the length of time I had to wait. I only had to call them once to ask a question. The only complaint I could find was that the repairman left a little bit of a mess for me to clean up, but I didnt really mind since they fixed the problem I had already paid another local company to fix before them. I enjoyed working with them to get the problem resolved and I would and have recommended them to my friends.
