The plumber was polite and informed us of the promblem that we had in the basement. He cleared the pipes and made sure that everything was good before he left. We would definately use Roro Rooter again.

Kenny (# 41-281) and Juan (sorry, I don't have Juan's #) worked very hard to fix a difficult problem. They were courtious, informative and so very helpful. They worked for over 7 hours to fix our clog. I can't thank them enough. Kenny and Juan are truly a credit to the name "Roto-Rooter." Your employee, Ferenc, tech # 541, was very professional, telling me my options and then proceeding with the drain cleaning. He made sure the drain was working properly and in addition provided me with some useful information on drain maintenance that I was not aware of.



Now we're ready for inspection, well, at least the shower drain is! Thanks for the excellent service, would recommend your service to anyone!

I had to repair a leaky faucet in my kitchen that was causing water to spill on my countertop and underneath the sink. I received a call from the Roto-Rooter dispatcher advising me that the tech would be at my home within a half hour. The tech, whose name was Mike (Tech #41-773), arrived promptly and proceeded to ask what the problem was and took a look at my faucet and sink. He immediately knew that the faucet needed to be replaced and detached it from the sink. He showed me all of the parts that were corroded and rusty, and advised me of the model and pricing options available through Roto-Rooter.



Mike quickly changed the faucet and advised me to replace the supply hoses with metal ones, since the plastic ones I had would probably split in a year or two. He also noticed evidence of a prior leak on the hot and cold valves and quoted a price to replace them at a later date/time. The best part was the he offered to give me a 20% discount on the labor if I called and specifically asked for him to repair the valves. All in all, the service was great and I would definitely recommend Roto-Rooter to anyone in need of plumbing and drain service.
