They actually try to SAVE you money, not rip you off. They work with you, let you know all your options, so you make the final decision.I have been going to this shop before it was named Ace Collision Medics and I will continue because the owner is the most honest, helpful man you will ever meet. I recently had to get my car fixed by State Farm insurance (not my insurance) the lady who hit me insurance. Her insurance company did not want to cover any of the damage to my door that she caused because I had minimal "previous damage" to the same door. State Farm said I had to pay $1300 and they would cover the damage to the other parts of the car. It was her fault and her insurance!!! Boy am I so glad I took my car to Ace where I know the great quality work they do and because the owner called State Farm and explained how unfair it was for me. He got them to pay for the damage to the door the driver caused when she hit me.I only had to pay for the previous damage which was $ 429. Ace Collision saved me a lot of money. Thanks Tony! He also gave my high school son a job when he could not find one and had no experience. They repaired the entire left side of my mini van years ago when a deer hit it and it still looks great, like new. Great quality job!

Could not be happier with the service or the results! =) I was kept updated with the work progress by the friendly staff at Ace and the outcome of the work done on my wrecked car was excellent. They exceeded my expectations and worked directly with the insurance company to get extra repairs that was needed (and overlooked by the claims adjuster). I hope to never NEED my car repaired again from an auto accident, but if I ever do - Ace is the place I'll be bringing it back to! Thanks for a job well done!

Yesterday my wife and I came into your shop in Woodbridge with what we thought was a problem with a previous repair job. As it turned out, there was not that much required to repair the damage, and after you replaced several fasteners, everything appears to be serviceable, if not exactly like new. Even though the work was not extensive, it did not escape our notice that you and some of your crew stayed past closing time to send us on our way as satisfied customers and without charge. You can be assured should we have need of additional body repair work we will remember you favorably. I appreciate your focus on customer satisfaction. Thank you.

horrible experience. do not bring your car here. work was unacceptable. my car came out wavy from all the bondo they put on!!
