Everything was going good until they sold my loan ...I bought this car March 2015making my payments on time all the time then I want to make my payment in April 2017Made my payment like I always do at the dealership got my receipt a few weeks later they call me talk about this they bought the loan and that I was late on my April payment I told them I Had already made my payment at the beginning of the month so I had to fax them proof of my payment then few months go by and all the problems began my payments for 306 and they went down to 200 and something dollars then all of a sudden they jump back up 306 a few more months go by my car gets repo they’re telling me that I owe $4400 for payments that I did not make to them that was made to another loan company and they want me to pay them 44 more hundred dollars they are scammers I have text messages saying that they will give me my car back if I paid $1300 my payoff mind you with $1300 now they’re trying to charge me a $770 repossession fee 4400 more dollars because they say I am back on my car payment this company will not give me paperwork showing what payments I may let payments I didn’t make they won’t even show me a repo paper – I see they sent me back to an office that they want even at since September I’m looking for people who have been through this with them I’m not letting this go I worked my ass off to get that car and I’m not gonna let anyone to take my money and write these people are a scam artist but they’ve met the wrong one I think because they’re operating out of North Carolina now that’s going to change things Stay away from auto finance they suck and they rip you off

I bought my 2006 Jeep Commander in summer of 2012. I have not had any major problems since thank God. The staff was friendly & very courteous. They work with you on your payments & gave me the best warranty ever. I would recommend anyone to Auto Financing anytime.

i financed an car from this dealership and this year in april 2012 i paid it off. my car had few miles less than 41k,the car has had no major problems what so ever and the one problem i did have they fixed it and gave me a loaner vehicle 2 use,i had an financial bind they worked with me on my payment.i love my car when i take the long drive from dc to va i get my car washed everytime by them. hope you find what youre looking for.
