Poor customer service. When my pickup was delayed, I did not receive a phone call, only finding out that the completion of repairs was waiting on a UPS truck by calling them! I don't know what anyone else expects from a company doing hundreds of dollars of work on a tens of thousands of dollars piece of jewelry, but this fell far, far below my standards.
