I've been going to 5 star nails for about 4 years. Just like with any place, it's who you get. 80% of the staff do a great job. Just find one or two people you like and stick to them for the major services. Overall they are friendly and I think it's one of the better shops in the area. My only helpful comment to them would be "take you time on the pedicures"

Disappointed. They charged me $95 for a spa pedi and manicure with gel polish! $20 was for "using a razor on my feet" on top of all of that, I slipped in the pedi tub before the pedi and turns out i broke 3 toes!! The manicure I got wasn't done well at all but they did a good job on the actual polish itself. All in all, I won't be back. Too expensive and their manicure was poor.
