My name is Jennifer Cash and my priority is to help home buyers qualify for the best loan program for their specific needs while obtaining a great rate and minimizing costs. As a veteran of the US Navy, my first experience buying a home (before I was in the mortgage business) was a nightmare. My loan officer failed to properly inform me about the process (I never heard from her again after our initial meeting), and told me of my need for a statement of service on the day of closing. As an E4 in the military at the time, you can probably understand that my need for a last minute piece of paper did not take precedence over my commands more pressing mission matters. The earliest it could be done was the following Monday morning. The seller got upset, made us pay extra closing costs, and it looked like the whole thing was going to fall through. Thankfully I did end up closing, even though it was late, but the entire experience left me with a bitter taste in my mouth. I am here to make sure that never happens to you. I take pride in being customer service oriented throughout the home buying process from start to finish which means that you will never be caught by surprise like I was. I will make sure you are comfortable with the process and that you understand your options and responsibilities. My goal is to get you to the closing table on time in a smooth, hassle free manner.
