Only worth a quarter star!

The good things about the visit; reception, timeliness of service, and the young lady at the counter.

The bad; don’t lie to the customer! EVER! “Barry” the technician said that the transmission, power steering, windshield washer, and brake fluid needed to be topped off. Also, my vehicle was due to have all of its fluids and systems to be clean and/or flushed/replaced, reason for the fluids to be low because they are breaking down. Really? I need to spend a few hundred dollars to have this done? Have you guys actually looked at the price of the fluids? It does NOT cost that much, RIP OFF! The ONLY fluid that was low was my windshield washer fluid and that wasn’t topped off. Adding more to my antifreeze reservoir, I am now double the recommended amount, thanks for adding more work to myself.



“Barry” talked VERY fast, along with going thru the computer screens, and came up with some really good excuses. I’m a guy and this is how my experience went. I am really curious if this is how a young naive woman is treated? Good business practice! Will I go back to the same store, NO! Will I be considering a different company to handle my service? Yes I will and I will make sure family and colleagues know of this business. VERY UNPLEASED!
