Do not go to this place!!!!

I went here today and the lady was very rough.. (I think she was the owner).. She made three of my fingers from one hand bleed and another finger on my right hand. She rushed through the whole process and got mad at me when I asked to re-do one of my nails because the shape was completely different from the rest. She had only put the tip on and she was furious. I guess that's why she was so rough and rude. After making my fingers bleed.. I asked her to stop and leave my nails as is and asked another technician to do my pedicure but she a horrible job too. I will never ever EVER in my life go back to this place.



Since she didn't finish my manicure & making 4 fingers bleed.. I though maybe she would not charge the whole amount but she charged me an extra $3. I ended up paying $43 for a HORRIBLE job. NEVER AGAIN!! I'd give this a NEGATIVE 5 stars if I could.

It is the worst. They cater to there establish customer. Do not go there. The business is not clean. Would not recommend. I feel that each and every customer should be treated the same. If you want your business to grow you should know this. I am very upset about the way I was treated

I would give this business zero stars if I could. HORRIFIC PLACE! The little girl Katie did a good job on my pedi and was very pleasant, but she cut my toe. That wasn't too big of a deal. But then I find out that she is allergic to acrylic so I ended up having Jenny do my nails. She cut three fingers with her dirty tools on my right hand and then cut another finger on my left hand. So 4 fingers and a toe were cut before I left there. The one on my left hand is now infected!! So after she carelessly cut my finger on my left hand, she kept hitting it with acetone! I would say, "Um, ouch that hurts and burns!" and she would say "Ooooo so sorry sweetie. I forget it is there." She must have done that at least 5 times. Not to mention, she stopped to talk to her co-workers and go outside to buy some fruit about 15 times! I swear it took at least an hour and 45 minutes just to get a fill from this woman. There was another guy in there that looked like he was quick and did a good job (I know this because I saw him do two people's fills as I sat there getting mutilated by this incompetent) but he liked to yell at the games airing on their tv right in his client's face! I really suggest that NO ONE enter that nail salon. Bad news....

After moving from DE it was difficult for me to find a salon that does Full Gel (not the powder). The staff was great and I was seen almost immediately. The work was fast and great quality. I will continue to use them.
