At One Care Medical, we make it our priority to create an environment for patients where they can take comfort in knowing they have a doctor who cares for them in and out of the office. Did you know most primary care physicians do not care for their own patients at hospitals?   Most rely on other doctors at the hospital or a referring doctor to take care of their patients outside of their office! Our Doctors take the extra effort to maintain privileges at all the local hospitals and in most cases your One Care Medical doctor can provide care for you should you ever have to spend a day or evening at a local hospital. Another important benefit of having a One Care Medical doctor is that your Primary Care Physician (PCP) will be an Internal Medicine specialist.   Having an internal medicine specialist as your PCP will give you comfort knowing you are in good hands from the very onset of most medical ailments.  Unlike family doctors who tend to care for all age groups, at One Care Medical, your physician specializes in diagnosing and treating diseases and disorders in adults. This focus enables our doctors to provide complete care for adults.  Our physicians will care for you as if you are an immediate family member.

"Onecare Medical is a family owned private practice. Dr. Jani is a licensed physician who see's patients 18+. Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm and closed 12-1pm for lunch. We are opened every other sat with special request from 9am-12pm
