We are tenants and just moved in to a property managed by RPM. If I could give them ZERO stars, I would. It has been almost 1 MONTH, and it feels like an eternity. RPM did not prepare the property properly before moving in (it was filfthy and we've had a myriad of issues with the appliances, pests, plumbing, etc), they are incredibly unprofessional, they are the absolute WORST at communication, and they tend to be quite unresponsive. Homeowners beware. They will not manage your home properly. Renters beware. It will be the worst experience of your life.
