Up until now I've had nothing but nice things to say about the company. I was able to use their truck to help move in,&I the place was

clean. I've had my things in storage for almost two years have paid my rental in advance or on time. Now that I've found a new place & I'm closing up the storage unit I must forfeit almost a whole month's rent because the place I'm moving into won't be ready until

the 9th of June. If you should happen to consider using this facility keep in mind that unless you are out by the 5th of the month you are giving away $170 in rent. In the contract you sign it isn't even printed in bold as something you should pay attention to, it's in small print at the end. I feel as if this place let you know ahead of time or printed this contingency in bold, the majority of customers would reconsider renting there.

This is the reason I'm no longer satisfied with the

Self Storage Plus. I would recommend another facility that prorates the rent after the 5th of each month
