This is an incompetent attorney. When he couldnt find time to appear in court (in my profession the person being paid for professional services is expected to render those services) he had an attorney with less than three years of experience appear in court in lieu of him to represent me regarding a class 1 misdemeanor. She didn't say more than 10 words in the courtroom. She didn't request deferred adjudication or anything. Its one thing if she requested deferred adjudication and the judge said no its another thing to either be so inexperienced as to not be aware that was available to her client or so stupid as to know that it was available but not ask. When asked recently if he thought that someone that had less than three years of experience was qualified to represent such a case he said yes. If thats an example of his professional judgment do you want him making decisions that will end up costing you your freedom or your money? He still hasn't learned from his past mistake
