Went in to buy a bike that I liked online. We walked over to the bike section and found the bike, along with other bikes. They were all locked at the pedals so we asked a lady if we could test one in the store to see if we liked it but she said they don't let people test bikes because it's a hazard. So I proceeded to ask if I wore a helmet if I could take it for a spin in the store and she said again that it's still a hazard and we can't ride it before we buy it. And she wasn't very friendly. Like how are you supposed to know if you like a bike if you can't at least ride it around in the store for a few feet? It's like buying shoes and expecting them to fit without ever trying them on. I was not impressed. I called the canby location after leaving this Woodburn location to ask if they would let me test ride a bike in store and the gal said yes of course. So Woodburn big 5 has a stick up where the sun don't shine and it ain't cool.
