There is a lady that works in the pharmacy at Walgreens in Woodburn Oregon that helps customers at the counter. She has gray shoulder length hair and she is one of the rudest cashiers I have ever dealt with in my entire life and I have heard this from many many others as well. . She will totally ignore you and when she does help you she is short with you and acts like you are taking up her time. I have stood being the only person in line and seen her doing absolutely nothing behind the counter yet she totally ignores me standing there when she could be helping you because she's the only one back there beside The pharmacist who are all very kind and helpful that work at that Walgreens they are professionals and they know how to treat their customers ! having had our own business for 25 years I know that customer service is what brings people back and all people need to be treated with respect and you are there for them and as the old saying goes the customer is always right no matter how you were treated ! When you are so sick or in chronic pain which I suffer with greatly and then to have to deal with someone who is so rude and downright mean at times makes you not want to go back to that store. They need to either get rid of her or talk to her sternly about her job ! because as I have said I have heard from many many people the same complaint that they cannot tolerate her and when she's the one helping at the counter and third rather be anywhere else then at that Walgreens then having to deal with her and her complete lack of compassion and her being so rude and abrasive to their customers ! The very best and kindest person that works there is a young man with curly hair probably in his early 30s who will do anything and everything in his power to make sure that you are well taken care of and you feel like you are the only person that matters at that time. I believe his name is Jake but I could be mistaken . Anyway for the management there at Walgreens please speak to this lady that works in the pharmacy as she makes the experience at your store absolutely miserable every time you go into it !
