We were with St Pierre Oil for ten years and they were terrific. We always paid our bills on time and we used them to service our oil burner. Then we moved out of their delivery area but our old house hasn't sold for two years. They continued to deliver oil and we continued to pay on time as before. Now, after dealing with them all these years as good customers they decided that because the house is for sale that they would only deliver to us C.O.D. What an insult to a good customer!!! I tried talking to them and asked to speak to the person that made the decision. I was told they would call me back. They never returned the call. I had to call again myself but by then I had decided to deal switch to Superior Oil who delivers to us at our new house and also services the area where our old house is located.
