My favorite small business and pet store! Fantastic customer service! Staff is very knowledge about food, supplements, etc. Friendly atmosphere. Feels like you're with old friends when you arrive in the store.

I work right near this store and decided to check it out one day with one of my clients. They staff are awesome!!! Every single employee has always been super nice, helpful, and they always let me take free samples to give to the cat at my work as treats. I really think this store is something special.

Pet Evolution is by far the nicest pet store we've used! Mike and Ryan are so knowledgeable and friendly and our dog Max loves the food and treats. Our dog recently went blind and all the medicine caused his hair to fall out among other health issues. Mike and Ryan went above and beyond to call reps to find the best supplements for Max and after several months he's back to the healthily Max that we love with a beautiful coat! I even purchase items for my mother's lab and mail them to Tennessee. It is so nice to walk into a store and have the owners greet you by name and ask about your pet. I can't believe that a customer wasn't treated with the best service around when in Pet Evolution and I can guarantee that when they go to PetSmart they don't greet them by name!

My mom and I LOVE Pet Evolution. Mike and Ryan go out of there way to give us great advice and excellent customer service. They know both our dogs and ourselves on a first name basis, and are always excited to see us! They always have new and exciting products for us to try and are generous with samples. Our dogs love the banana chips, buffalo raw hide bones, and sweet potato chips. Thank you for opening such an upscale pet supply store in our neighborhood!!

It's disappointing to hear a bad review from furrymom and lashing out about something so minor. Perhaps you should think twice about the repercussions of how harmful your email could be for something so petty for a small business. I've been going to Pet Evolution since before the day it opened to the public. I noticed a new store going in and although they were not technically open, the guys welcomed me in midst the boxes they were trying to unpack, sold me a few items and even gave me some treats for my dog for free. I've been acknowledged on a first name basis since the first time I went into the store. They remember me and my dog as well! The prices are fantastic compared to other local pet stores and especially for being a smaller upscale shop. These guys go out of their way to help the community and the animals by donating and volunteering on a regular basis. I suggest you do your homework on how great Pet Evolution is and the good they do before casting such harsh judgments.

This is my favorite pet store in the area. You can tell the owner/employees actually care about animals, the prices are reasonable and the best part is that anytime I purchase anything there I feel great for not supporting a huge corporate nightmare, but a Mom and Pop store with real values. I really want to see this store stay here!
