Everyone in the office is friendly and helpful. Dr. Reynolds takes whatever time is needed to answer questions and perfect the hearing. I couldn't understand why everyone around me could understand the television program, but all I heard was mumbling. I 'finally' had my hearing tested by Dr. Reynolds. After the test was done it was found I had moderately severe hearing loss. The doctor ordered the hearing aids I picked out and gave me a loaner pair to have until my aids came in. After my hearing aids arrived, they were adjusted and off I went. I had to keep telling my husband not to talk so loud! Over the years, he subconsciously had been adjusting the volume of his voice so I could hear him. Now he had to lower the volume. I didn't realize all the sounds I had lost over the gradual loss of hearing. I can now hear the television like everyone else can. I would recommend Dr. Reynolds and her staff for their quality care!!
