On April 29, 2023 a group of homeschool moms hosted a junior senior prom at this venue and already have plans to host our next event there as well. We are exceedingly happy with the service and ease we experienced there.

The grounds are absolutely beautiful. We hired a photographer to take pictures of the kids and he had NO problem picking a naturally attractive backdrop which included a waterfall, creek and foliage.

Jodi and John are a class act duo. John taught us how to use the A/V system ahead of time so that there was no problems during the event. When we did have questions, he was available to answer questions in person within minutes. Jodi helped with getting our dinner tables set up, centerpieces included. She didn't have to do that but she did. She also set up a photo backdrop for the kids to take selfies with. Again, she went over and above. They worked with us to create exclusive areas for the VIP ticket holders including a punch table. We had the grounds the day before so we were able to utilize the small prep kitchen to chill drinks and prepare a few things ahead of time. Email communications were answered very quickly from the time we requested a visit up to the day of the event.

About the venue itself: The balcony in the main hall was perfect for our volunteers to have a place to rest but still be able to watch the students. Our DJ was able to set up his system up there as well. I loved that there was plenty of space in the barn to hold 8 round tables, a sitting area and a service line for the meal with PLENTY of room to spare. There's also a bathroom in the barn and two in the main hall. Parking was super easy to access and it's very close to the entrance. I love that there was overflow parking. There's also accessible entrance for those who cannot do stairs. I appreciated having a safe outside space that was easy to monitor so the students could go outside during the dance to cool off.
