Frymire was surveying for a neighbor of mine. Despite a law requiring Frymire to notify me that he was going to go on my property, he went unannounced into my first lot, bushwacked brush and trees to a second lot I owned, continued clearing a trail through the third and forth lot I own, then cleared diagnol sight lines by cutting saplings and small trees. He felt he had every right to do so, I literally had to throw him of the property and threaten bodily harm if he returned. I asked to be reimbursed for the damage to my trees, but Frymire claimed they grew "for free", hence, did not owe me a cent.

His survey showed he felt the original survey commissioned by is client was wrong, and the basis for Frymire's determination was "a lack of evidence to the contrary".
My opinion of the guy is that he is the most unprofessional surveyor I have ever encountered. I am suing him.

I recommend not hiring this unprofessioana. He gives surveyors a bad name.

Duane was cleared of any wrongdoing. Reviewer from 5/22/2016 has apologized (apparently 11 other surveyors told him wrong). The property line dispute that brought about this complaint was won by Mr. Frymire and attorneys he worked with. The case is public record with case# 7:11-cv-00754-BJR-ATB, Document 399, Filed 07/14/17, United States District Court for the Northern District of New York.
