I should have about-faced when I entered the office. The waiting area chairs were old and grungy looking. The equipment was ancient. The 'apron' was filthy around the neck from years use. The dentist NEVER washed his hands, used the gloves over again after he saw another patient in the other exam room. Lifted the garbage can lid with the gloves on, tied his mask on with the gloves on, and these are the gloves that would go into my mouth. I should have gotten up and walked out. He dropped my bridge on the floor and just rinsed it under the faucet (same gloves) did not use any alcohol. He did a sloppy job because I felt the cement on the outside of my bridge and he had to remove the excess cement. The bridge is too high because my upper and lower teeth on the other side do not meet so I can't chew. I think the only reason he has remained in business is because his patients are low income. What a disaster. I am going to go to another dentist to get an opinion on his work. I am also going to my primary care doctor tomorrow to ask for an antibiotic and a tetanus shot. I am afraid of getting an infection because of his unsanitary practice. I would NEVER go back there. I want to get my money back.
