Above Woodinville has been serving the greater Woodinville community for over 20 years. This is experience you can count on when selecting the right facility for your loved ones. Our entire staffs are all Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and carry official certifications in Dementia, mental health, and respiratory therapy. We also pride ourselves on developing custom individual treatment plans, including specific food requirements for each of our patients, to ensure the highest personalized level of care. We place a strong emphasis on food to ensure our patients feel right at home during their stay. Our food is so good, often family members stick around to have some too! Early recognition of medical conditions allows us to facilitate and implement active treatment sooner to improve comfort and quality of life for our patients.
