Conditions here are going downhill fast. The aisles are getting more crowded, the employees are getting grungier, the lines are getting longer and my patience is growing thinner.

Employees, please don't take a group smoke right outside the front door gabbing away at the top of your lungs. It's a disgusting turn-off to someone who's already reluctant to step inside... especially when one of you is a manager.

Oh joy, look what we have inside! Never before has a store so small been cluttered by so many boxes. They're everywhere, blocking access to the aisles and hiding merchandise on the walls. Half the customers inside are frustrated and complaining.

At this point all I want to do is get out of here, but the checkout line is extending into the aisles and there's only one sluggish checker manning the register. Figures.

Terrible organizing, terrible atmosphere and terrible waste of time.

Never again. I'll visit the Monroe or Bothell locations only from now on.
