I am a bit confused. You say the place is dingy, But you like the IMPECCABLE service in that they never get it wrong. But at the end of your critique you say you would like to see better service. care to elaborate? Or at the very least clarify?

It has the dingy feel of a place set up for non westerners - simple cheap looking. The pho was fine and I enjoyed it. I always see the same people working there and they are very courteous and remember what we like - impeccable memory. Never had an order wrong. The service after order was placed was dutifully given if asked for but help is never offered. I can live with the dingy feel of the place and the food is ok, but I would like to see them improve service.



Obviously, I keep going back so they are doing something right but generally speaking I'm easy to please. Get the order right and I'm happy. For the sake of other readers I'll vote using a more normal scale then my own. I'll give it 3 stars.
